00:00Los Angeles area residents were in for a shock on Monday afternoon when a 4.4 magnitude earthquake

00:15A resident's camera managed to record the shaking in action and capture reactions from

00:21The CBS Los Angeles office in the newsroom, the clock could be seen shaking on the wall.

00:26In Pasadena, the quake even burst some water pipes at City Hall.

00:30The Los Angeles Fire Department says there are no initial reports of structural damage

00:34or injuries.

00:36It felt almost like the whole room was buzzing for a brief intense period and I dived under

00:43my desk and waited out to see if anything else was going to happen.

00:49There was a slow building of energy and then a big jolt and then it was over.
