00:40where marital rape was discussed.

00:43The resource person, Attorney Lorna Capunan,

00:46a well-known family lawyer and women's rights advocate,

00:48said that rape can still be considered if one of the couples doesn't want to have sex.

00:52No means no applies to both genders.

00:57The husband cannot force his wife.

01:00The wife will say, my head hurts, I don't want to have sex.
