00:00Hello everyone, Paul Branson Reviews here, and much more, and I remember this when I
00:08was young.
00:09I actually still, I didn't know they still made this.
00:12You know, Pink Elephant, or Lucky Elephant, Pink Candy Popcorn.
00:17I don't even remember what it tastes like, I'm pretty sure it's just popcorn, but I know
00:21I liked it.
00:22But one of the big things I liked about getting this box was the prize inside.
00:27They always had a toy inside, a nice little toy figure, and I used to collect them and
00:33I don't know what happened to most of the things that I had when I was a kid.
00:37Most of them I guess just got thrown out or given away.
00:40I still have some things, but this I literally don't remember.
00:45I think the box was also even bigger back in the day.
00:48Pink Candy Popcorn, 70 grams, Lucky Elephant.
00:53Now let's just see, yeah, it's just basically sugar, corn syrup, popcorn, water, vegetable
00:57oil, sunflower, Lincoln salt, red, artificial flavor.
01:03That's really all that it is.
01:04It's a pop-a-corn company from Mississauga, Ontario, made in Canada, and 200, 280 calories.
01:12I wouldn't think that popcorn has 280 calories.
01:16Fat is 12, trans fat is 25, zero fiber.
01:20I always thought there was fiber in popcorn.
01:23Maybe just not this one.
01:26Sugar 34, protein 2 grams, sodium 10, potassium, calcium all 0, 0, 0.
01:35So now I'm going to open this up, yeah, pop-a-corn company, Mississauga, Ontario, pop-a-corn.
01:43I haven't had this in years.
01:45I open it up.
01:47Now, oh, this is different.
01:52It's a sticker.
01:53They gave me Call of Duty sticker right on the side, but I remember opening these things
01:58up, so I guess this is a cover for a phone.
02:03I guess that's okay, but I remember like little toys and stuff, and it would always be at
02:08the bottom.
02:09Now, look at inside.
02:11Now, I remember when the popcorn was filled up to the top.
02:15It wasn't in a bag.
02:16Like, look at that.
02:17Look at that little popcorn.
02:19$3, and I get this.
02:22I remember a lot more than that.
02:24I might as well have paid for the free toy.
02:26Let's see what this is.
02:28Oh, there's another.
02:29Oh, here's some wristbands.
02:30So basically, they're just stickers.
02:32They're not toys anymore.
02:34Here's some Star Wars stickers or wristbands or whatever you want to say.
02:38Maybe these are wristbands.
02:39They look like they're wristbands.
02:40They're for kids.
02:41And then, of course, they have this for their cell phones, Call of Duty, and that's apparently
02:47a really popular game, and I guess you could put it anywhere, a water bottle or whatever.
02:54So those are the two things that are in there.
02:55I might as well have paid for these things, because I remember that whole box being filled
03:00with popcorn.
03:01I would open it up, and the toy would be at the very, very bottom, so you had to be careful
03:05when you were eating it, or you might actually even eat the toy.
03:08They just don't do stuff like they used to.
03:10So now I'm going to open this up.
03:13Oh, it says free prize inside, so not free toy inside.
03:18Never saw that when I grabbed it.
03:20I just wanted to test this out, because I haven't had it in so long.
03:24So let's see.
03:27It smells like popcorn.
03:30Nothing special.
03:31Popcorn.
03:32Pink popcorn.
03:38It's basically like caramel corn, but it's not caramel.
03:41It's pink.
03:42It's actually quite nice.
03:43I think I do kind of remember...
03:49I don't think it tastes the same as when I was young.
03:53It's a bit more crunchier than I remember.
03:59No, no.
04:00Maybe it does.
04:02I'm kind of addicted to it now.
04:08If you've never had pink popcorn, I do recommend it.
04:11But look at this.
04:13We had a lot more and paid a lot less when we were younger.
04:17Now you get a lot less, and you get...
04:21And you have to pay more.
04:22I think I'm saying that right.
04:25Geez, I'm kind of addicted to it now.
04:26I better stop eating it, because I actually like it.

04:35If you like popcorn, and you like caramel corn,
04:38and all sorts of popcorn,
04:40pink popcorn.
04:42This is actually quite good.
04:43And has that nice candy flavor to it.
04:45Like a nice little crunch.
04:46But look at this, though.
04:47Look at the bottom.
04:48At least you can see the bottom.
04:50It's all broken up down there.
04:52I do believe, for a box like this, you should get more,
04:55and save it for later.
