00:00Volcanic smog or VOG was experienced again from Taal Volcano.
00:04This is gas from the volcano that could have a negative effect on health.
00:09Visibility on the streets of Lipa, Batangas increased because of the VOG.
00:13The same is true for residential areas.
00:16In other parts of the province, the city of Lemery is almost covered in smoke.
00:21At present, the Taal Volcano is still alert level 1 according to PHIVOX.
00:26PHIVOX does not allow entry to the island of Taal, which is a permanent danger zone.
00:32It is also prohibited for airplanes passing near the volcano.
00:36According to the Department of Health,
00:38cover your nose and mouth if you go out and there is a VOG.
00:42You can also wear a N95 face mask.
00:45If possible, avoid going out of the house.
