00:00And the people wants that we advance in the anti-fascist laws, and there are very important
00:11laws regarding the non-governmental organizations, and it's been already approved, a bill.
00:22So the law on the control of the non-governmental organizations has been already approved unanimously,
00:39and even opposition sectors share, all these opposition sectors express their will of approving
00:52this law, because these opposition sectors have been far away from fascism, and the big
01:05campaign of fascism came from the non-governmental organizations, the law against neo-fascism
01:16is in public consultation, and we have already had a first day of consultation, and we received
01:26the support and the proposals of greater sectors of Venezuela, and then we asserted there the
01:35need to go forward in the consultation, because we have been reaching the proposal, but there
01:44it enters the cyber-fascism, the digital fascism that wasn't stipulated there, and it is important
01:56to include it here, to denounce those people who use technologies for hegemony of hate,
02:06of persecutions, of murders, because they have ordered to murder lots of people through
02:15social media with the objective of frightening them, and maybe they can achieve it, but the
02:26people rejected those threats, and it feels empowered to move forward, and from that consultation,
02:36it was very well, it has been, the consultation was made within the 23 states, and 25 people were
02:49present, and 890 sites were connected across the nation, and we are receiving proposals of
03:02every sector, according to what is in the constitution, and in our reality, that law
03:13will be rejected by fascists, that law will be rejected by neo-fascists, that hate will be
03:23rejected by haters, but will be approved by Venezuelans who are willing to continue on the
03:31peace track, on a lasting peace, and it will be punished any sign of fascism, or any expression
03:46of hate. This cannot occur in the Venezuelan population, and it cannot happen in the political
03:55activity of Venezuela, those fascist and terrorist sectors who are looking to summon the people for
04:02generating violence, and behind that violence, to pursue what they weren't able to achieve by
04:09votes, and on the streets, that is for them to get rid of the Bolivarian revolution. The
04:18Bolivarian revolution is getting stronger, stable, more stable, more lasting, and with
04:26concrete plans to continue moving forward.
