00:00After spending two nights and eleven days in jail, Eduardo Gilles Sr. suddenly returned to Sual Pangasinan alive.

00:10I thought he was really dead because all of his feet were allergic. That's why I told him.

00:19On August 4, half of the body of the man was found in the swamp of Burgos.

00:24The next day, the Gilles family took the body and brought it back to Eduardo.

00:29Eduardo explained that he left the house when he met his wife.

00:34They said, you're already buried. Why are you still alive?

00:38I said, I was given a chance by the Lord.

00:41Although the Gilles family is happy that they were punished for spending money in the swamp and being buried in the wrong boat.

00:47According to the Burgos Police, two families from Sual Pangasinan and Zambales claimed to be in the boat.

00:54We took a spoon marrow sample, a DNA sample of the body.

00:59We submitted it to our Provincial Forensic Unit.

01:04The two possible claimants, we will subject them for DNA analysis.
