00:00Kolkata rape case definitely someone is trying to suppress
00:03because in this story I have got minimum 7 such loopholes
00:06from which it is clear that Sanjay Roy is not the only criminal
00:10as we are being told.
00:12There are more people involved in this crime
00:14who are probably being tried to save.
00:17Some people are saying that the hospital is trying to suppress this issue
00:20because after just 5 days of the case
00:22construction has been started 20 meters away from the crime scene.
00:26The renovation work that began after the incident
00:29at an area just a few feet away from the seminar room
00:32where the doctor's body was found on Friday morning.
00:35Usually the crime scene is completely sealed.
00:38So some are saying that because Sanjay Roy is a member of a political party
00:41that's why this case is being tried to suppress.
00:44That's why today I want to ask 7 questions to the government of Bengal and the police there.
00:497 such questions that will clear
00:51that there has been some major tampering of evidences in this case.
00:55To understand this, we will have to understand the story from the beginning time by time.
00:59On 9th August, a 31-year-old PG doctor was raped and murdered
01:03in RGKAR Government Medical College in Kolkata in a seminar room.
01:09The victim's condition was such that she was found bleeding from her eyes,
01:13mouth and her private parts without any clothes.
01:16On the night of the incident, the doctor was on a 36-hour duty
01:19in which basically doctors have to stay in the hospital for continuous day and night emergency and patient care.
01:25Yes, you have to stay in the hospital completely for 36 hours.
01:29There they have to eat, drink, take a bath, get fresh.
01:32They have to do everything in the hospital.
01:34Even that night, after working for 24 hours,
01:36the victim and her four colleagues came to the seminar hall to eat food
01:40where they were watching Neeraj Chopra's match.
01:43It was 3 o'clock in the night and after dinner,
01:45all four colleagues went back to their duties.
01:48But the victim doctor wanted to rest after the hectic duty.
01:52That's why she slept in the seminar hall for a while.
01:55After that, according to reports, at around 4 o'clock in the morning,
01:58the accused, Sanjay Roy, entered the room, raped the doctor,
02:03physically assaulted him and during this time,
02:05that is, between 3 to 5 o'clock in the night, he died.
02:10Then at around 7.30, the victim's body was discovered.
02:13Who saw the body first?
02:15No news has come out about this yet.
02:17Now, the victim's body was found at 7.30 in the seminar hall.
02:20But when was her parents informed?
02:22After 3 hours, at 10.30 in the morning.
02:25And even after that, when the parents reached there,
02:27they were made to wait outside the seminar hall for 3 hours.
02:30They were not even allowed to see their daughter's body once.
02:33One, the parents, whose daughter is 31 years old,
02:38dies like this,
02:40they were made to stand for 3 hours.
02:43Their parents kept crying, kept requesting the administration
02:46to let them see their daughter once,
02:49but they were not allowed to see her at all.
02:51The parents kept begging,
02:54show us once, show us the face of our daughter once.
02:59We were not shown.
03:02After 3 hours, when the parents finally went inside,
03:05their daughter was in such a state,
03:07in which no parent can see their child.
03:09There were no clothes on her body,
03:11the spectacles were completely broken,
03:13and there were injury marks all over her body.
03:15She was bleeding from her eyes, mouth and her private parts.
03:18The state body of the girl,
03:20who had blood in her mouth,
03:22the girl had no clothes on her body,
03:25both her legs were in the right angle.
03:29The condition of the body was such that
03:31anyone can tell at a glance that
03:34this is a cold-blooded murder and rape case.
03:37But maybe the hospital couldn't see all this.
03:39The hospital wanted to call this case a suicide case
03:42and make it a mess overnight.
03:44And that's why this is the first loophole of the story.
03:46And my first question is also that
03:48why did the hospital administration
03:50declare this clear-cut rape and murder case as suicide?
03:53Secondly, why were their parents not shown their bodies
03:56after waiting for 3 hours?
03:58Was the hospital administration saving anyone
04:00or tampering with evidence?
04:02Thirdly, and the most shameful thing,
04:04the principal of that college,
04:06without any autopsy or preliminary investigation,
04:09directly passed the judgment
04:11that this doctor had a mental illness called psychosis
04:14and that's why he committed suicide.
04:16But why?
04:17Why did the principal have to give a verdict so soon?
04:20Were there other people involved in this case
04:22whom he was trying to save?
04:24Well, at least the allegations
04:25were made by the victim's parents.
04:27Because even after all this happened,
04:29the hospital tried its best
04:31to somehow silence this case
04:33and suppress it.
04:35But when this matter reached the other doctors
04:37and staff of the same hospital,
04:39they immediately protested against it.
04:41This protest spread all over India
04:43and this issue also went viral on social media.
04:46After this, the post-mortem was bound to happen
04:48and when the report came,
04:50this case became even more complicated.
04:52The post-mortem revealed that
04:54this doctor was sexually assaulted.
04:56She was beaten and raped brutally.
04:58Her abdomen, right hand and lips were badly injured.
05:02Even her collarbone was crushed.
05:04So the report cleared that this is not a suicide case
05:07and when the police started the investigation,
05:09they found out from the CCTV footage
05:11that a man named Sanjay Roy
05:13entered the seminar hall at 4 in the night.
05:16The police also found a Bluetooth earphone in the seminar hall
05:18which connected directly to his phone
05:20when they checked.
05:21This person was definitely the culprit.
05:23That's why the police immediately arrested him
05:25and guess what?
05:26He also admitted his crime.
05:28Now, who is this Sanjay Roy?
05:30Well, this person was not connected
05:32to the hospital in any way.
05:34Neither was he a staff member
05:36nor was he a medical personnel.
05:38But since 2019, Sanjay has been working
05:40with the Kolkata Police as a civic volunteer
05:42in the welfare cell.
05:43Civic volunteers are those people
05:45who help the police in some basic tasks
05:47like traffic management etc.
05:49But despite this, according to reports,
05:51Sanjay often wore a Kolkata Police t-shirt
05:53and also had a Kolkata Police plate
05:55on his bike.
05:57So my fourth question is that
05:59in a hospital where a patient's relatives
06:01do not even get entry without visiting hours,
06:03how does this person get entry
06:05at 4 in the night without any stop?
06:07There must be guards in any government hospital.
06:09Why didn't they stop this person?
06:11Fifth thing, which is very fishy,
06:13why is the CCTV footage of this whole incident
06:15not being released?
06:16Next question.
06:17R.G. Kerr Medical College students
06:19are posting videos on Twitter
06:21where they are showing that
06:23renovation has been started
06:25only 20 meters away from the crime scene
06:27and the police are also sitting there.
06:29Usually, any crime scene is sealed
06:31as far as possible.
06:33So despite knowing that such a big crime
06:35has been committed,
06:37who gave the permission to do this?
06:39Is this being done deliberately
06:41to destroy all the evidences?
06:43At least the doctors of that hospital
06:45are claiming this.
06:51One more thing.
06:53Sanjay Roy's is not the first crime.
06:55A few weeks before this incident,
06:57a complaint has been registered
06:59against him with a female doctor.
07:01But what did the police do on this?
07:03And even before this case,
07:05another woman had reported
07:07to the Lal Bazar police station
07:09that Roy has been calling her
07:11for the past three months
07:13and harassing her.
07:15The allegations of that lady were
07:17that Roy had contacted her
07:19from R.G. Kerr Medical Hospital
07:21for the first time to buy medicines
07:23and then he stole her number
07:25from the prescription
07:27after which Roy was constantly
07:29putting pressure on her
07:31But what did the police do?
07:33After the arrest, Sanjay Roy's phone
07:35also had pornographic content
07:37and when his neighbors were
07:39interrogated, they said that
07:41Sanjay has been married four times
07:43and his three wives left him
07:45due to his abusive behavior
07:47and his fourth wife died of cancer.
07:49Isn't this shocking?
07:51When the same man has already
07:53misbehaved with the doctor
07:55of the same hospital,
07:57his history is also not that special
07:59Despite so many allegations,
08:01why was no action taken against him?
08:03Was the police waiting for a big crime?
08:05This is my seventh and last question
08:07when this man's past history
08:09clearly shows that
08:11he is a serial offender
08:13but how does he become a civic volunteer?
08:15Aren't there any background checks
08:17for such government-level posts?
08:19In this whole story,
08:21I see these seven wires
08:23that are not connecting at all
08:25and that's why the whole country
08:27is trying to find a solution
08:29Is there any strong political
08:31or bureaucratic backing behind this?
08:33Is Sanjay being made a scapegoat
08:35and handed over to the police
08:37to save the other rapists?
08:39After all, the recent reports show
08:41that the brutality with which
08:43the doctor was killed is not a
08:45single person's crime.
08:47This is a case of gang rape.
08:49So where are the other rapists?
08:51Are they still roaming free?
08:53And finally, whenever such a crime
08:55is committed, people unfortunately
08:57start shaming the victim.
08:59It's a matter of shame
09:01that in the Nirbhaya case,
09:03the first response of the maximum
09:05people was that why was the girl
09:07outside till late at night?
09:09How did the girl wear clothes?
09:11How was the girl talking?
09:13It's very easy to say all this
09:15but now my question to those people
09:17is that what about this case?
09:19In this case, the girl was only
09:21doing her job in her hospital.
09:23People like Sanjay Roy,
09:25in their thoughts and our thoughts,
09:27remember that whenever you
09:29directly accuse a girl in an incident,
09:31you are giving such criminals
09:33a chance to commit
09:35such a heinous crime again.
09:37You give them the courage
09:39to harass a girl again,
09:41to assault her.
09:43That's why not this time.
09:45This time we don't just have to
09:47march like a candle and calm down.
09:49The killers of Nirbhaya were punished
09:51for the same crime.
09:53This is literally a laughing matter
09:55for our country but not this time.
09:57I will upload this video on Twitter
09:59with the hashtag JusticeForNirbhaya2.
10:01Tag as many authorities as possible
10:03so that at least this time
10:05their families and this country
10:07can get justice soon.
10:09Jai Hind.
