00:00Lipas City, Batangas will conduct a massive feeding program for the youth.

00:04The target is to feed the thousands of children in the elementary school.

00:14It's a bit noisy here but 38,000 youths from daycare, kindergarten to grade 3

00:22are the target of Lipas City, Batangas to be fed in a massive feeding program.

00:28As you can see behind me, these youths are inside Jose K. Obando Memorial Elementary School

00:37where they will conduct a massive feeding program for the youths.

00:40This is called Sabayang Gulay because the crops here in Lipas City are large

00:46and the vegetables will be fed to the children.

00:49The program is anchored in RA 11037 or the so-called Nutritious Food for the Children Act of 2018.

00:59Aside from feeding the 38,000 youths, it will also provide micronutrient supplements,

01:06health examination, vaccination and deworming.

01:10According to the LGU, this program will keep the children away from diseases

01:14and will make the children smarter because of their proper nutrition.
