01:04Your beloved action man went to the Quezon City Business Permit and Licensing Department

01:09and the Quezon City Department of Building Official conducted a thorough inspection.

01:15Under the verification of the BPLD, the land or soil deposit is the place that does not require a permit

01:22based on the Joint Memorandum Circular of the company and the local government.

01:28But there is no permit as a lesser that is being given to them.

01:31The company's explanation is that they currently have construction projects in Quezon City

01:37that is a joint venture with a corporation in another country.

01:41It is legal for them to dig in the area until August 8 this year.
