00:00A policeman who was also involved in a street fight in Quezon City is back in his position.

00:05The video of the policeman firing a gun and his possession of the stolen truck driver went viral.

00:12Jun Feneracion was the target.

00:18In this viral video, you can see a man wearing shorts and a T-shirt

00:22while firing a gun at a truck driver at NLEX Mindanao Toa Plaza.

00:30When the driver got out of the truck, he grabbed the gun while forcing it to hit him.

00:38The video was cut after the man who was carrying a gun shot the truck driver.

00:45The man who was carrying a gun was identified in the road rage incident

00:48by a police officer from the PNP Civil Security Group.

00:52Based on the police report, the truck driver hit the police car

00:57but the driver ran away, so they were able to chase him to NLEX, which is located in Pagkakainitan.

01:02Even though he was in the barangay, the police will still face an administrative investigation.

01:06He was relieved of his position in the SAC, Fairview, and he was ordered to turn over his gun.

01:18According to the standard operating procedure, he was arrested for the crime of firing a gun at a drunk driver.
