00:23In the survey of the global expat network, Internations.org,

00:28the Philippines is now the second country in the world with the easiest friendship.

00:33In the list of local friendliness, the Philippines is the fourth.

00:37In fact, 2 out of every 5 expats or foreigners living here have a Filipino friend.

00:434 out of every 5 answers in the survey said they feel welcome and at home in the Philippines.

00:5169% of the respondents said it's not hard to connect with Filipinos.

00:56That's why 58% of expats in the Philippines want to live here forever.

01:04A sociologist explained that the use of English helps the friendly image of Filipinos.

01:10Kapwa also has a big role in treating others differently.

01:16Kapwa is a psychological concept.

01:19When you invite them to your home, you treat them the way that you would want to be treated yourself when you go to another house.

01:26But it's not because Filipinos are true friends that you can treat them the way you want to be treated.

01:32Filipinos should not expect expats to accommodate them because it's not healthy for us as a country.
