00:00Some lawmakers are looking forward to the announcement of the former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque,

00:06who seemed to be calling for people power against the administration this Friday.

00:11This could be the basis for him to be contempted again.

00:16And Darlene Cai is on the scene.

00:18This is not just a fight between Duterte and Marcos,

00:23this is a fight between the forces of darkness and the forces of justice.

00:32This is part of the statement of the former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque

00:35when he came out of the detention facility of the House of Representatives this Friday.

00:39Harassment is the basis for him to be condemned by the Quad Committee

00:42after they found out that it is not true that he has a hearing in Manila RTC

00:46so he was not included in the hearing on the law.

00:48That is why Roque is calling for people power.

00:51Fellow countrymen, every Friday, we are here until we fill EDSA again

01:01and the power will be restored.

01:05Here in EDSA, one Marcos fired us.

01:09Roque's statements are now being looked at by some of the Quad Committee members who are contempting Roque.

01:15In my opinion, it might border to another contemptible action.

01:21For me, it might also be treasonous, you know, because he's now calling for people's powers.

01:31It's one thing to be able to rally against the government.

01:38It is another thing to say, let us come together so we could be able to topple down this government.

01:46To me, that is the issue.

01:48Actually, that is contemptible.

01:50If one of the members of the committee will tackle that issue,

01:54no one can prevent him from discussing it on the Quad Committee.

01:59Congressmen are determined not to ignore Roque's site in contempt and detainment.

02:04He was cited in contempt because of his lying that he didn't have a hearing when he invited him over.

02:12I think the premise that he was cited in contempt because of his lies to the administration is out of context.

02:22In another new statement, Roque said that his freedom of speech was a clown

02:27in the statements he made to EDSA on Friday.

02:29He also did not agree with people having violent movements.

02:33But he is ready to face any case that will be filed against him.
