00:00Before the resupply mission of the Philippine Coast Guard to the anchored BRP Teresa Magbanwa in Escuadal Shoal,

00:06the two ships of the PCG were blocked and radio challenged by the ships of China.

00:17Before 5 o'clock in the early morning, the BRP Cabaret-BRP Igaño,

00:22the target of the two ships of the PCG, arrived in Escuadal Shoal, also known as Sabina Shoal.

00:29The mission is to distribute supplies to the BRP Teresa Magbanwa.

00:33Past 11 o'clock in the morning, just 30 nautical miles away from the Boniluyan port in Puerto Princesa, Palawan,

00:39this ship of China was spotted.

00:41At 9.50 in the morning, it became two and seemed to be approaching the Philippine ships.

00:47Before 12 o'clock in the afternoon, the number of ships of China increased.

00:51While we were entering Escuadal Shoal,

00:55the radio challenged the ships of China and the Philippines.

00:59We were told not to respond.

01:02But despite what the PCG said, that they will just provide Unitarian assistance,

01:07to a PCG vessel there, they were not given.

01:10We are approaching Sabina Shoal on the Philippine coastline.

01:13We are only 25 nautical miles away from the ships of China.

01:18One of them is only 400 meters away from us.

01:23But later on, it approached us until it completely stopped.

01:30While the radio was surrounded by ships of China.

01:34Before 2 o'clock in the afternoon, two of the China Coast Guard stopped us.

01:39And it increased even more.

01:42Not just one or two ships of China are in the way of the BRP radio of the Philippine Coast Guard

01:48where we are now, but it is being surrounded by Chinese ships.

01:53Some of them are from their navy.

01:56Yesterday, the ships of the PCG were surrounded by the BRP Cabra.

02:00It is being surrounded wherever it goes.

02:03Until it completely left the area last Thursday afternoon.

02:07Until we left, these ships of China were still surrounded.

02:12They did not want to be sure that the Philippine ships were completely destroyed

02:16even though it is inside our exclusive economic zone.
