00:00We hear about Maa Rang Baloch, we hear about elections in Balochistan, we know how it happened in the whole country, but in Balochistan it was on another level.

00:14But today, Balochistan has changed, Mr. Chairman.

00:18The young people in Balochistan have different requirements.

00:25Today's young generation looks at things in black and white, not in grey areas.

00:32Whereas our generation used to look at things in grey areas.

00:38The result is that an indigenous movement has started there.

00:45We hear about Maa Rang Baloch, we hear about elections in Balochistan, we know how it happened in the whole country, but in Balochistan it was on another level.

01:08Because of this, there is a lot of unrest in the people there.

01:13And because of this unrest, the situation has become neither in favour of Balochistan nor in favour of Pakistan.

01:28We don't think that anything should be done through violence.

01:39But because of this, our security forces, our law and order institutions,

01:48ordinary people like us don't understand that, as I told you, the landmass of Balochistan is around 800-1400 km.

02:03And such a well-coordinated terrorist attack took place,

02:13in which there was not a single point, there were so many, what was this?

02:18In which, on the basis of language, someone wants to promote this language, wants to promote sectarianism.

02:26What is this? The people of Pakistan want to know.

02:31But this is not the only thing. If you look at Punjab, the police there, which has been active for the past year and a half,

02:46has gone to the homes of Pakistan's workers and leaders, has insulted their women, has committed all kinds of atrocities.

02:59So, on the other hand, what happened in the rural areas with the police, we condemn it so much,

03:09that the police, who were young, like a sitting duck, they were killed.

03:17And the IG police, on the behest of one person, I don't know, different things are happening.

03:26They are taking credit.

03:30You don't do the hard core, which is your duty.

03:35These were also the children of someone, who were in the police.

03:41So this means that this is just an intelligence failure in Balochistan.

03:48How can we say that such a big operation or attack took place, and no one knew about it?

03:57How did this happen? How can we accept this?

04:00We should be told, the Interior Minister or the Foreign Minister, who is sitting here,

04:07they should tell us what is happening in the country.

04:12The situation of law and order has become so bad, that no citizen considers himself safe.

04:20One reason that we understand, that these incidents that took place in Balochistan, in Punjab, in Hyderabad,

04:32This shows that in such circumstances, like Senator Kamran Murtaza said,

04:40who will invest in this country in such circumstances?

04:44The Leader of the House knows better, that for economic prosperity, for economic stability,

04:54what environment is needed, what is the ecosystem?

04:59Our Finance Ministers are also sitting here.

05:03First of all, I sympathize with them, that they have come to such an era,

05:08in which they have become a part of such a government, which is struggling with legitimacy.

05:18The way this government has been made, there is no legitimacy in it.

05:24And this is the law of Allah, that there is a method for everything.

05:31Those people, those governments, who do not get the support of the people,

05:37they can take a thousand economic steps, but they will not succeed.

05:42And what is the job of our Finance Minister?

05:45Mr. Aurangzeb, I know him personally, he is a very noble and very competent man.

05:51He was doing very good banking.

05:53I don't know, if he had consulted me, I would not have advised him to come into politics.

05:58Now that he has come, then he will have to think that a banker is not an economist.

06:07I myself have been a banker.

06:09Our Finance Ministers, who were bankers in our government,

06:15were bankers in previous governments, are still bankers.

06:20You tell me, has the Finance Minister, since he has come,

06:24he has only asked for loans, he has only rescheduled loans.

06:30Whether he has gone to China, wherever he has gone, he is still going to the Middle East to ask for loans.

06:37So, in this kind of economic situation, we think that there should be a detailed discussion on the situation of law and order.

06:49And our request is also that the Presidential Speech should be ended.

07:22How to contain it, because it has a direct relationship with our economic difficulties.

07:30So, in the end, I will say that this is our country,

07:37and in this, there is a country's largest political party.

07:42In order to corner it, laws are being introduced,

07:47and they will be introduced.

07:49Strictness is being imposed.

07:51The country will not move forward from this.

07:54The country will only move backwards from this,

07:56and the poor people of Pakistan will not change their condition.

07:59It has become worse than worse.

08:01So, on this, my other colleagues,

08:03I would like everyone, whether it is the opposition side or the treasury side,

08:08to have a discussion on the issue of Balochistan,

08:12because this is a very important part of our country.
