00:19Good morning, Sir Rafi.

00:21What will be the effect of the TPO issued by Davao City RTC on your operation?

00:27Sir, there is no effect on the ongoing operation of the PNP in the compound after the temporary protection order of Davao City RTC 15 was issued.

00:43It was stated that any form of barricade, barrier or blockade that prevents the access of the POGC to and from the compound.

00:53We did not place any barricades and the POGC members can enter and exit the compound.

01:04Just to be clear, you can still break into the POGC compound even if there is such an order from the court?

01:11To be clear, Sir Rafi, what we are looking for is one-bed person. We are not breaking into the compound.

01:18The compound is very large, more or less 30 hectares. As I said, it will take more than a few days to complete the search.

01:31We are looking for a direction.

01:33The order issued by the court does not say that we are allowed to leave the POGC.

01:40No less than the Supreme Court, Sir Rafi, said yesterday that the protection order does not prohibit the service of a warrant of arrest.

01:50Are you within the area of your operation? Do you have concrete evidence that says you are inside the compound?

01:58Aside from the information that we have, Sir Rafi, we have equipment without revealing the specifics that gives us direction on where we should concentrate on the search.

02:16We already mentioned this the other day that we are being followed by leads who are conducting the search under the compound.

02:32Well, I'm not in the position, Sir Rafi, to give you a specific because it is compromised and it is being telegraphed as an ongoing operation.

02:41Suffice to say, we are confident that we can achieve our objective to catch the people who are conducting the search.
