00:00It's a Boulder, Colorado. We go. Based on the narrative and
00:07storyline and all of the national notoriety, you could
00:10argue this was one of the five or ten best games of the
00:13entirety of the week. One slate and if you look at the box
00:18score, Colorado walks away with an unbeaten record and a
00:22season-opening win. Thirty-one twenty-six against North Dakota
00:26State but the spread double digits in favor of CU. A total
00:31that screamed its way down prior to kick last night in
00:34Boulder does go slightly over the closing number of fifty-four
00:39and a hook. Colorado wins thirty-one twenty-six against
00:43FCS Powerhouse North Dakota State but the Bison get a cover
00:48over the Buffaloes as NDSU covers as a ten and a half
00:52point underdog. He had an unbelievable one of his three
00:55touchdown catches for Travis Hunter late in that game. The
00:58reason you bring it up is that pretty much salted away for
01:00Colorado but the question always has been with us is,
01:03ooh, that puts you right in that strike zone of getting a
01:05cover. Colorado, if they can get a stop, they weren't able to
01:08get a stop and watching that final drive for North Dakota
01:11State sort of gave me a little bit of a chuckle because yes,
01:13they were trying to score as fast as they could but it
01:15almost looked like the MO was, let's just make sure we score
01:18a touchdown here no matter how much time's on the clock and
01:21they got a late run from the quarterback which is great for
01:23that touchdown which gave us a little bit of late game
01:25intrigue that came down to Ben what? A pass interference call
01:29which was the right call and a great play by Shador Sanders
01:32and an even better play by the wide receiver doing what you're
01:35taught. The defender's not paying attention, looking at
01:37the football, run through him back on the catch. That was the
01:40game when he played even though he never should have got the
01:42football back. Colorado's throwing the first down with
01:45under two minutes to go. One time out for North Dakota State.
01:48Never want to do that but that was enjoyable yesterday. What
01:50did we want to see? What Colorado team we were going to
01:53get because they're going to get a good punch here from
01:55North Dakota State and they did throughout parts of that game.
01:58You see the final score. Yes, it was close but I was happy
02:01with the performance for the Buffaloes. Now, translation to
02:04the regular season, we'll see but Shador Sanders looks every
02:07bit the part of a professional quarterback. Throws a beautiful
02:10ball and for me, Ben, playing wide receiver, that would be a
02:14dream to play with a guy who could throw the football like
02:16that and hit you anywhere on the football field. That was
02:19enjoyable for me yesterday to see how well he played.
