00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05send an email and attach a table using Microsoft Office 365 Outlook on a Mac
00:11computer. Without further ado, let us start the video. So in this tutorial, you need to
00:16have access to a Mac computer. An account for Microsoft Office 365 can be for
00:21Watt School of Business and the desktop application for Microsoft Outlook. Now
00:25let's go on to the doc. Go to Launchpad. Go to Mac Office. Go to Microsoft Outlook.
00:31Make sure you are signed into the account. Now let's go to new email. Go to...
00:37Before we do anything, let's now send this to my main email. Yep. Computer Science
00:44videos. Let's now add a subject. The subject is table. Let's address this to
00:53myself. Please see the table below.
01:10And then I would end with kind regards. Admin. Before we do anything, let's now
01:19insert the table itself. Go to table. Insert three by three. Increase the size
01:29of the table by pressing return. So what can we add to this table? Let's just add
01:37fruit, apple, and pear. So fruit, the quantity, how many? Let's say five apples,
02:06five pears, the price using a pound sign and five apples will cost you one pound
02:24in today's day and age. Same as with the pear. So we can insert a new row if we
02:32wish to to calculate how many fruit there is in total as well as the price.
02:38We know five plus five is ten. One plus one will give you two pounds. So we can
02:44now send this email if we wish to. Let's click on send and now the email that I
02:54compiled, inserted a table, has now been sent to the main email. So we can now
03:01quit Outlook. Now let's go down to the doc, go to Safari, go to obvious.com.
03:08Make sure you are signed into the account. Go to Outlook and there we go.
03:19The table has now been sent to my main email via the admin email. So we can now
