00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05create a new photo for your email on Microsoft Outlook using a Mac computer
00:11without further ado let us start the video. So in this tutorial you need to
00:16have access to a Mac computer and account for Microsoft Office 365 this
00:20can be for work, school or business and the desktop application. Now let's go all
00:24the way down to the dock, go to Launchpad, go to Mac Office, now go to Microsoft
00:30Outlook, make sure you are signed into the account. So let's now go to the email
00:36the sidebar, click on my email which is admin at computersciencevideos.com
00:44and now click on new folder. Let's now rename this folder if we just double
00:52click. We'll rename the folder after right-clicking. Let's call this
01:05Computer Science Videos and now we can go back to the junk email, move some
01:14emails back into the inbox and now let's move the emails within the inbox
01:24to the Computer Science Videos folder. We can also create a rule for the future
01:33that any specific email will always end up in that specific folder. Let's now go
01:40to Computer Science Videos and there we have those two emails that we moved from
01:45the junk to the inbox to now the Computer Science Videos folder. So let's
01:50now quit Outlook and so that's it for this video. I'll see you guys in my next
