Ingredients:
Soak Rajma overnight in water
Oil
2 Bay Leaves
½ Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Red Chilly
4 Cloves
1 Black Cardamom
10-15 Garlic Flakes
1” Chopped Ginger
2 Sliced Onions
1 Chopped Tomato
1 Tbsp Red Chilly Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
½ Tsp Cumin Powder
¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tbsp Chole Masala Powder or Rajma Masala Powder
½ Tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt as per taste

Method of Cooking:
1. Heat a Pressure Cooker add oil, then add cumin seeds, bay leaves, red
chilly, cloves & black cardamom.
2. Then add garlic flakes & ginger and saute it for few mins.
3. Add onions and fry till translucent & then add the tomatoes & cook till
smushy with lid closed.
4. Then add the powdered spices red chilly, coriander, cumin & turmeric &
fry for few seconds.
5. Then add only the soaked Rajma and not its water & add salt as per taste.
6. Cook for 2 whistles on medium flame.
7. After the pressure has released, open the lid & coarsely smash the
Rajma & all the ingredients in it.
8. Add the Chole Masala Powder or Rajma Masala Powder & Garam
Masala Powder & again cook for 2 whistles on medium flame.
9. Finally check for salt if required.
