Titanic A Space Between REVIEW on Quest 3

Sorry, its a little late but i got quite sick for a few days and couldn't face VR because of really bad headaches.

* I think a nice game in this would be, if the whole of the ship was available, its all free roam, then you get randomly placed in the ship, and you have to find your way out as the water is rushing in, like time trials, and have a friends and world leader board.

But here it is...

Become Hendrik van Eden, a specialist who gets sent back to the Titanic in order to uncover the mysterious disappearance of a previous traveler, Diana. Slowly uncover the truth about time-travel and the horrors that come along with it.

An Urgent Escape:
Get thrown into the bowels of the Titanic, and use your wits to escape the ship, deck by deck. Solve countless puzzles, and manipulate your environments in order to avoid the ever-rising water. Utilizing a weighted physics system, interactions feel natural and diverse.

Top-Of-The-Line Graphics:
Experience the Titanic in all of her glory, utilizing top-level lighting and water systems. Through countless optimization and tricks, we've achieved a high-fidelity experience that draws parallels to PCVR experiences.

00:00Having worked on cruise ships as a musician for 10 years, I was super excited to play
00:17this game. Unfortunately when it was released though, I got sick and was getting bad headaches
00:23for a couple of days. So there's 11 chapters to the game and you'll be switching between
00:30two characters. I really enjoyed playing it at the beginning and it was fun playing for
00:36an hour. It was just so exciting being inside the legendary Titanic, getting to explore.
00:45The story is interesting and pushes along at a really nice pace, switching between the
00:51two characters. Except for me, it just got boring real quick. I was at playing the second
00:59character, hiding in a room, looking for bulbs to open a watertight door. And I just thought,
01:06so now I'm looking for something, which I've collected seven times before, to break something
01:11so I can collect something to open another door. It just needs something fresh to break
01:20up the game, as it just feels a little primitive to me. Running around, back and forth, finding
01:27the same old things to open doors. Don't get me wrong, there are some nice ideas in there
01:33like scanning for weak spots on walls to break through. The mechanics are not perfect but
01:39they are decent enough to get through the game. And I came across three or four bugs
01:44where either I couldn't climb up something first time around, or my arms just disappeared,
01:51you can imagine that being quite a problem, or I floated off out of the ship and out of
01:55existence. It's not an incredibly long game, I got about two and a half hours worth, but
02:03I hope the exploration mode will offer some more hours of fun. I'm not saying that Titanic
02:09isn't worth getting, because it's worth getting just for the Titanic in VR factor, and each
02:16to their own of course. I'm sure future updates are going to bring this game out if the developers
02:22listen to the feedback. Also, I heard that the free roam exploration feature is not available
02:30until the end of February 2024. So on that note, I score this game a 29 out of 40, and
02:39you can find my scoring system in the description section below. Did you buy this game? Tell
02:45me what you think of it in my comments below. What would you like to see added to this game
02:50to break it up a little? Please subscribe my friends, as when I see that sub number
02:55go up, it really boosts my mood. Happy exploring everyone, and be safe.
03:25This is certainly not a bad idea at this point. Back on E deck, that was close. Now, make sure
03:42you're ready to flash at any moment's notice. I can only expect things to get more sketchy
03:47from here on out. Titanic. Why the continuous decline in similarities to the actual event?
03:56And what about the lack of passengers for instance? It sounds bonkers, but it's that
04:03deity playing with us. Punishing you for entering his turf. The longer you stay,
04:08the more you see things for what they are here.
