00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. wants the suspension of classes and entry to work as soon as possible.

00:10This is also for the safety of our citizens.

00:13Meanwhile, the President is leading the 56th anniversary of the Presidential Airlift Wing today.

00:19Denise Osorio is in the center of the news.

00:23In the middle of the storm, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. insisted that the suspension of classes and entry to work should be done as soon as possible.

00:33According to President Marcos, the monitoring of the weather is still ongoing.

00:37Although the rainfall is not strong, the problem now is that the wind is strong.

00:42Unfortunately, if we look at the forecast, it may be stronger tomorrow here in Manila before it crosses Cagayan before heading north.

00:56So, we are watching it.

00:58The President added that the decision is in the Local Government Unit for their respective areas

01:02because the safety of students and workers is important, that they can go home and not be stranded.

01:09According to the President, they are ready for any situation.

01:13And there are ready-to-go necessities to support our citizens in the face of the storm.

01:21We are prepared for the aftermath of all of this.

01:24As usual, we have forwarded the necessities.

01:28We will just have to wait for the weather to see what it will do.
