02:54two people have been reported dead due to the rains brought by Tropical Storm Enteng

03:02This was reported in Central Visayas, where 10 injuries were also recorded.
03:08The said numbers are still under validation, according to the NDRRMC.
03:14According to the OCD's report from initial data of the DSWD,
03:206,000 families or more than 24,000 individuals have been affected
