00:00Pre-emptive evacuation has been ordered in front of the city of Bantan, according to the Office of Civil Defense.
00:10Pre-emptive evacuation should be carried out from today to Saturday in 8 regions, including Bicol Region, Calabar Zone, Mimaropa and Western Visayas.
00:21One million family food packs have already been prepared, and 20,000 food packs have already been sent to Bicol Region.
00:31While the national government is on top of the situation, we are emphasizing as well that LGU preparation is key to ensuring public safety against the threat of national hazards.
