INGREDIENTS

*1 (8 inch ) soft flour tortilla
*3 tablespoons of pizza or tomato sauce
*1 cooked chicken breast cubed
*1/2 sauté green bell pepper
*1/2 sauté red bell pepper
*1/2 sliced onion sauté
*1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
*1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese

1. Sauté green peppers, red peppers and onions in saucepan. Set aside.
2. Preheat oven to broil.
3. Build tortilla with sauce first, add mozzarella cheese, then add chicken and pepper mixture, top with more mozzarella and parmesan.
4. Bake in preheated oven until all the cheese is melted.
