00:00I have my legacy, get out of here.
00:12The same he told to our people in those terrible years, 2014, 15, 17, when we suffered a lack
00:22of supplies because they wanted that our people go after them, after the devil.
00:34Then the devil told our Lord Jesus, took him to a hill and told him, throw yourself down
00:43there.
00:44Aren't you son of our Lord?
00:48When you are heading towards the floor, angels are going to rescue you.
00:53I assure you it's going to be like this.
00:56And our Lord Jesus told him.
01:05We never should fight God's power.
01:13And then took him as has happened to several people.
01:18It happened to me, I have told it publicly, Celia, my witness, she was in all of that
01:29circumstances beside me.
01:33Something similar happened to me.
01:37Jesus took him and says to him, all of those lands are yours and I will give you the power
01:48of all of the kingdoms if you honor me.
01:55Happens like that.
01:59A lot of you even have seen such things in your personal fights.
02:08You have been told all of this wealth is yours, this bank account is yours, the only thing
02:15you have to do is stabbing Chavez, stabbing Maduro.
02:25God forbids all of that.
02:31We are vaccined against that.
02:36I'm talking about incarnating Jesus' spirit in the desert.
02:43And Jesus told him, what, me?
02:47All of these lands, all of these kingdoms to serve you, get out of here, crazy.
02:54Get out, leave me.
02:57And the devil ran away.
03:00And Jesus came back from the desert, sacred and victorious to reign for centuries.
03:19It happened like that.
03:23Matthew 4, 2-11, he didn't bring me my Bible.
03:34Several times happened to me when I was deputy.
03:37I've never told this.
03:39I had a boy, not going to say the name, but our partners know the name.
03:48He was very close to me.
03:50He came from a union, and I was elected deputy.
04:06You know me from there as a syndicalist, a journalist.
04:17And I drove a bus, and I was elected deputy of the Congress.
04:26I was elected for El Valle, people from El Valle, fellows from El Valle, founders of
04:36the movement Fifth Republic, over there.
04:46And then he came to me once.
04:51I was chosen chief of the parliamentary fraction.
05:03We had a parliamentary fraction of the Fifth Republic movement, and I was elected deputy
05:10of the Fifth Republic movement, year 1998.
05:20I was 38 at that time.
05:28And this boy came to me.
05:33I was not afraid of someone that, you know, put it there, just that I know all about it.
05:56And I had learned to identify people like this, because sometimes people are deceived.
06:05And then Chinese guy told me, look at that boy, he's weird.
06:11And that boy came to me and told me, hey, the owners of the company told me, which company?
06:21Caracas Electricity.
06:22Who?
06:23Mr. John, Mr. Hart.
06:25And they sent you greetings.
06:28You're a good boy.
06:29They admire you a lot.
06:30You're very smart.
06:33They want a meeting with you.
06:36With me?
06:37Yes, because I told him, when?
06:43On Tuesday.
06:44Okay.
06:45That Tuesday, 3 p.m., I couldn't attend the reunion, and I told him, that is a very important
06:54meeting.
06:55Go.
06:56And I sent him.
06:58I wasn't going to go, because you cannot tempt God's power.
07:09I didn't know the Bible as I know it today, but I had that intuition.
07:19Two days after, the boy came again and told me, they said, you are a great deputy.
07:33You are a good, promising boy.
07:43They asked me, where do you live?
07:48And I told them, you live in 14th Street.
07:53They say, a deputy like you cannot live there.
07:57And they sent these keys, a huge apartment in La Castellana, with views to the Puebla.
08:15They asked me also if we had a car.
08:17We had a small car that worked.
08:22We did all the campaigns there.
08:28Then the motor of the car failed.
08:34You need at least two trucks.
08:38Here you go, the keys.
08:41They also asked me if we had clothes.
08:47My sister, a doctor, gave me two Rorys.
09:02There were two factories in Chacaito.
09:08I had only bus ties and a jacket.
09:13But I couldn't go with these clothes.
09:19Then we changed this.
09:21In the National Assembly, they don't even wear a tie.
09:27Sometimes she bought me two ties, one was gray and the other one was blue.
09:43I had five buttons.
09:46You cannot dress like that, he told me.
09:52And they sent you this to buy, and you can go whenever you want to Clemen Las Mercedes.
10:08And to finish, you have a team, and I told him, yeah, we're three or four people who
10:18work with you.
10:19But that team, how does it work?
10:21How does it survive?
10:24They told me they can support you with $10,000 a month to help with those, and they need
10:35to talk with you about certain laws.
10:40Until that day, I saw that boy.
10:44I never saw him again.
10:46I'm not going to tell you what I told him.
10:50I never saw him again.
10:54I don't know where he is right now.
10:57You know him, Torralbas.
10:58You know who he is.
11:05Once I was invited by someone to Maracaibo.
11:13I was already deputy by the year 2000, and several trucks were expecting me.
11:25I was going to an activity in Maracaibo, I don't remember, and I arrived, and they took
11:33me to a certain place where there was a huge field.
11:39One of the guys there told me, look, from here to over there, it's all yours.
11:51From here to there, it's all yours.
11:55And all of that you see there, that's all yours.
11:58Mine, I told him.
12:01And when did I buy it?
12:04This is all yours.
12:05We are a team.
12:10Luckily, there was a car there, and we left, and I never saw them again.
12:21Betrayal, words like that, and chieftain, and warships, words like that, and greed that
12:43goes together, and corruption arises from that.
12:50Luckily, we are all vaccinated with Christianism, Bolivarianism, and Chavism.
12:59These are two blue books, the original book of our roots and national project, Simón
13:08Bolívar, and the book of the people, our constitution.
13:16We have overcome several stages, like we talked about, of the movement of IT.
13:26It's a historical movement that addresses the most beautiful of our generations, represented
13:40here by several fellow mates that we love, and I'm glad to see them and hug them, because
13:48you were our roots, our teachers.
13:52You were loved and renowned by our commander, Hugo Chávez, all of you.
14:04Chávez bravely didn't deny the generations of the 70s and 60s.
14:18He claimed the strength of the 70s, 80s, all of that great generation.
14:39Some others denied those generations and offended them.
14:49They signed with their blood an eternal pact of perseverance to carry out their socialist
14:58revolution in Venezuela.
15:00They are the example that must be taken into consideration.
15:05When someone hesitates, think of these men and women who knew how to fight, as Beltor
15:13Brecht said, and they are essential for these historical processes, owner and glory for
15:22this generation, and also the founding generation, the ones who accompanied Chávez were young,
15:33who were still young.
15:36Didn't you sleep yesterday?
15:39Freddy in the fights was impressive in Táchira, which was the center of violence, fascist
15:49violence in 2014.
15:54July 29 and 30, a group of criminals attacked, and Táchira was in peace thanks to Freddy.
16:06Diosdado is learning from you, he told me.
16:20The foundational generation accompanied Chávez, because he is still with us.
16:29He will never leave.
16:32The young generation, called golden generation, has a huge responsibility in the fight for
16:51continuity.
16:56The youngest generation that is showing all of its strength and beauty, and the great
17:08generation that is the smartest, and also the youngest generation and the great generation
17:19are renewed.
17:21They are very different from us.
17:25These are generations from the new era of transition.
17:31We have talked about the new era of transition to socialism in Venezuela and our America,
17:37but there is a new era of transition of humanity.
17:41Samuel explains it.
17:44Civilization transformation, which is very different to the one we are living now, we
18:01are living technological, communicational, psychological transformations right now.
18:10Here we have Isidro Ochoa, who addresses the issue of health, and he has a good new project
18:19with the young people of Venezuela.
18:23He is beloved for our commander Chávez.
18:30And among the ones I can see here, we have the experience.
18:48We have the historical project, the spiritual strength in our Lord Jesus Christ, in Bolivar,
19:03in Zamora, in Simón Rodríguez.
19:06We have the legacy of our commander Chávez.
19:13We have the popular power, the civil police union, the historical force to address the
19:26great historical work to make a revolution, a new foundation of the whole revolution,
19:38a revolution within the revolution, with the people, for the people, and from the people.
19:51And this is what I came to ratify here today.
19:56I came here today, September 2nd.
20:02September arrived, and it smells like Christmas.
20:08We will have announcements this evening.
20:15There's a song that says it, smells like Christmas.
20:33There's a phone ringing here.
20:39Diosdado's phone is ringing.
20:43Marlening is calling.
20:58A deep reset.
21:03This is the historic moment to do it.
21:08But to do it so that there will be more revolution, more homeland, to be more independent and
21:17sovereign, to build a more direct and deep democracy, to move forward towards socialism,
21:27our socialism, Christian, not to destroy ourselves or provide weapons to our historical enemies.
21:39We have not only an opposition today, as we had during the 2000s.
21:48We don't have only a coup opposition like in 2002, like the one we defeated,
21:59a Yankee opposition, as the one we defeated in 2004, 2006.
22:06We not only have a violent opposition, as the one we faced in 2014, 2017.
22:15Today, we have the opposition, a fascist, Nazi current that wants to deliver
22:26national territory and fill Venezuela with violence to carry out a civil war.
22:33This is not just any moment.
22:39We don't have a democratic alternative in the opposition.
22:45We can call that a deceive because we don't have a democratic alternative at the opposition,
22:58which is something that Chavez did and I also did in several opportunities.
23:07That from the opposition to honorize people who do
23:15good politics and respect the constitution.
23:18We had Pedro Carmona Estanga,
23:31the one who dissolved the constitution and massacred the people. That was a small fascist
23:39demonstration, but it wasn't dominant. But when the decrees were activated at 12 p.m.,
23:55a lot of them left him alone and then several political processes were carried out.
24:05They never left their idea of coup because it's an idea of Americans.
24:13They only have a plan for coup d'etat and fascism.
24:18Today, the biggest threat for the peace of South America is the fascist current
24:29that Americans want to impose in Venezuela. We have defeated them.
24:35But their strategic, historical defeat must be consolidated due to a new revolution,
24:44popular, democratic, and constitutional revolution that changed it all.
24:49Therefore, we have proposed a modest project that came from national debate. We could say
25:09that this project has
25:19part of the people within it.
25:21Here, I was debuting in 2013. I still had hair and a black mustache.
25:44People said I dyed my hair, but I didn't use it. I was just like that.
26:05Once, a friend of mine and I were in an oil assembly. All of a sudden, I turned around
26:21and my partner over there was sweating. His face was black because the dye was running
26:30down his face.
26:37Look, this document,
26:45precisely, we need to put it in the concrete agenda for each of the seven
26:58transformations. We need to review it thoroughly along with the people and from the people
27:09and with a perfect civil, military, and police union of the fifth generation.
27:19I'm very glad to see all the offices here of the movement.
27:24Let's applaud our generals and officials,
27:35fighting officers,
27:50precisely.
27:55That's what I want to
28:04activate this document with all the political capacities we have in the whole country.
28:10What we need to do is just work, work, and more work.
28:13We need to carry out constructive work and rectify and throw away what doesn't work.
28:32What needs to be rebuilt has to be created.
28:36The first thing we have to do
28:45is renew our soul and our mind, our working methods.
28:57Everybody needs to carry out a personal auto-reviewing process.
29:04And nobody is the exception, not even myself,
29:10who Chavez led me at the head of this revolution.
29:16If we want true changes for the better, for a future of 20 or 40
29:27achievements of our country, we need to change first ourselves.
29:37Nobody must think I am a leader.
29:45I am an authority.
30:01You need to learn from me.
30:05There are arrogant people like that, self-absorbed people.
30:15Let's carry out a spiritual process, a moral, ideological, and political process.
30:28Let's do it for our commander Chavez.
30:32A reformulation and rebuilding of our leadership, our methods, and all of the
30:39issues within the Bolivarian Revolution.
30:47A true revolution is one that has the capacity to be seen from within, to be renewed,
31:00and rebuilt in a permanent way, where we are in the position that we deserve.
31:09A small one and humble, a huge one and transcendent, because we all together
31:15are part of one cause.
31:18No one is isolated.
31:20When I'm here at the head of the presidency, I know there are historical people here,
31:25all of you, and Maduro.
31:27It's all of you men and women who fight.
31:30If I believed in an arrogant way, believed that the revolution depends on only one man,
31:45I was wrong.
31:51But luckily, this revolution was made to be independent.
31:57But I also say, in a different way, I have a whole conscience of the role I have to play,
32:16and I will keep playing it, and I will never give up because I'm not a coward, and I'm
32:24going forward with these people in a relentless way.
32:33I have conscious brothers and sisters.
32:40That is why I want to summon and build a team
32:49for coordination, a broad team that allows
33:05as an immediate work of this movement of the fifth generations,
33:13to build the seven transformations and the action agenda.
33:24And I want these people that I'm going to appoint to be supported, and they
33:31travel the country.
33:33I want this team to have an office here next to me, next to my office,
33:39the office I use when I'm here.
33:45I want them to be installed there today and organize the work,
33:55to carry out their work and travel the country.
34:00Remember,
34:12the first day was of five generations and seven strengths.
34:185G plus 7G equals 2100.
34:315G plus 7G equals 2000.
34:38Always of honor and national dignity.
34:44Those fascists have never and will never
34:53defeat Venezuela.
34:55That's why I ask you,
34:58all the people present here, to build the teams for this journey.
35:07And in one month,
35:18Wednesday the 2nd,
35:24Thursday the 3rd,
35:41so that within a month,
35:49on Friday, October 4th,
35:51Saturday, the 5th,
35:53and Sunday, the 6th,
35:55we summon the great National Congress of the Historical,
36:02Bolivarian, and Popular Socialist Flock of Venezuela for the 21st century.
36:10And in that congress,
36:13in three days of a well-prepared agenda,
36:18we can land our strategic vision, geopolitical vision of the next 30 days of Venezuela.
36:31We can think of the future, think great.
36:37And establish the drawing of the stages since the ones we are living on.
36:47We can plan historically and strategically a good vision,
36:57a good planning, as Mr. Guerrero would say,
37:03a good planning, as Mr. Guerrero would say,
37:07we are not playing here.
37:09We here are doing a revolution for the generations that are growing up
37:20and the children that are being born,
37:23because our homeland belongs there to them.
37:29And therefore, I ask from the generation we have called propellant,
37:50I ask from Maria León, Marielis Pérez Marcano, Fernando Soto Rojas, and Alexis Toledo,
38:01to assume the coordination of this process towards the Congress of the Propellant Generation.
38:20In the same way of the foundational generation,
38:26I ask from Francisco Amelias, Adán Chávez, Blanca Ecao, Erika Faría, and Luis Reyes-Reyes,
38:38I ask for them to assume the coordination and conduction of this foundational generation.
38:46They can do it.
38:49That is correct.
38:55My bad, there are five by generation,
39:10and one I'm going to appoint a coordinator and secretary.
39:19Erika Faría, Luis Reyes-Reyes, and Wilmar Castro Sotelo.
39:24These are the ones that are going to assume the coordination of the foundational generation.
39:35In the same way, from the young generation, I ask to
39:49to assume the coordination of this golden generation.
39:59Are you there?
40:00Stand up, please.
40:04Can you do it?
40:06Yes, full time.
40:08In the same way, from the young generation, fourth generation, I ask to
40:24Mrs.
40:24Joana Molina, Rosinette Chávez, Genesis Garvey, Joan Contreras, and Grecia Colmenares.
40:37Stand up, please.
40:39Can you do it?
40:44Look, this generation, they are always women.
40:51Four of them are girls.
40:55This generation has a good representation of leadership by women.
41:04And from the great generation, I ask to
41:14Are you there?
41:17Let's see if he's growing up.
41:22Do you have gray hairs?
41:32And I appoint Mr. Ricardo Menéndez as General Coordinator of the Congress of the Historical
41:42and Francisco Maliaza as Executive Secretary of this
41:51Presidential Congress of the Fifth Generation of the Historical Bloc.
41:57And immediately after this meeting, gather and inform of all the proposals you have.
42:07You are all incorporated in the work teams.
42:12I have the list of the guests here.
42:20Let's call for all of them.
42:23This is an inclusive methodology, a necessary methodology.
42:30People need to feel the happiness to give their opinion and propose, feel useful.
42:42And all the Bolivarian forces, truly chavist and truly socialist and progressives,
42:53feel they have space here to build the future.
43:00And we can consolidate this magical formula that has arrived this year, 2024,
43:09the formula to integrate, unify, and expand the five generations we have seen and act
43:19for the future of the Bolivarian revolution and build a powerful strength system of the
43:27seven great social forces of Venezuela.
43:30Are we ready?
43:32Are you ready?
43:34Then, see you in October in the great Congress of the Historical Bloc.
43:41Thank you very much, my fellow mates.
43:45Let's go to fight and to victory.
43:52Honored to victory forever.
44:03you
