00:31Some parts of Cagayan province are experiencing strong winds and heavy rains.

00:38In Santa Ana, the MDRRMO is on standby in case someone needs to be rescued.

00:43The EOC of each barangay is on guard right now because we are monitoring them.

00:50At 7 p.m. last night, Cecilia and her two grandchildren went to Barangay Hall of Casagan, Santa Ana to pray for their safety.

00:59It's hard to swim because the water is low.

01:02Fishermen are also on guard on their boats.

01:06Even though they are tied up, they are not yet safe because the waves might destroy them.

01:12Authorities are continuously warning the public in case of a storm Enteng.

01:16The monitoring of the MDRRMO in Cagayan is tight for the people who might be affected by the storm.
