00:00And at this point, we will discuss an update on the programs of the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. here in Mr. President On The Go.
00:25First of all, fellow countrymen, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. passed the Administrative Order No. 24
00:33that institutionalized the one-stop electronic travel declaration system for electronic travel information or e-travel in our country.
00:41Under the so-called order, the government is ordering the use of e-travel for more strict border control and health surveillance,
00:51especially for passengers and crew members returning to the Philippines.
00:57A technical working group headed by the AO will be formed to study how to strengthen the implementation of the e-travel system
01:07as part of its use, administration, and operation in accordance with the existing laws, regulations, and regulations.
01:16The so-called TWG is headed by the Department of Information and Communications Technology or DICT,
01:26also known as the Bureau of Immigration or BI, as co-chair.
01:30It will be a member of the Department of Tourism, Department of Migrant Workers or DMW, Department of Transportation or DOTR, Bureau of Quarantine, and Bureau of Customs or BOC.
01:42President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. himself reminded the TWG and other agencies and departments
01:50to follow the Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act.
