00:14Trista was stranded for an hour outside a mall in Marilao, Bulacan.
00:18Because of the flood in MacArthur Highway, he remembers how he was able to get home from their house in Maycawayan, Bulacan.
00:25The rain was so heavy because of Habagat.
00:28I was planning to go back, but there were no vehicles to go there.

00:35JB was forced to absent from work because his motorcycle couldn't handle the heavy rain.

01:07Motorcyclists in MacArthur Highway in Valenzuela City are facing a lot of problems.
01:11Some vehicles were forced to stop on the road in order to avoid the flood.
01:16The Valenzuela LGU gave a free ride to several commuters who were having a hard time finding a vehicle.
01:22While others were forced to go through the flood.
01:25It's hard to go there because it's flooded.
01:28That's how it is here in Valenzuela. We don't have a choice.
01:31A few pedicab drivers brought the flood to the community.
01:34We can't help the passengers.
01:38How much do you earn?
01:40Around P150,000.
01:44Workers in Valenzuela City Hall are also being suspended,
01:47except for those who work in calamities or emergencies.
01:50They were instructed by the head of the private sector to suspend their work.
01:55More than 300 individuals or 85 families were evacuated from the flood in the city.
