00:00A former warden of the Davao penal farm has revised the original affidavit he swore on in the wake of serious threats made to him.

00:28that supposedly would give a clearer picture on the personalities involved with the Locust South 99.
00:35This assertion as of Representative Dan Fernandez, Chairman of the House Committee on Public Order and Safety.
00:58Cassandra also refused the offer of Representative Fernandez to turn state witness against illegal pogo operations in Borac, Pampanga.
01:29Moreover, former Davao penal farm warden, Chief Senior Superintendent Gerardo Padilla,
01:39recanted certain statements he swore on in his first affidavit as he faced the House Quad Committee today.
01:46He admitted former PCSO General Manager Rowena Garma was allegedly involved in the killing of the three Chinese drug lords in 2016.
01:57What did Garma say to you?
01:59The words, we have people there and we will do it and don't question it.
02:06And whether you like it or not, we will operate and do not interfere.
02:09Your family may be harmed. So cooperate.
02:15So what does it mean that they will operate? Does it mean that they will be killed?

02:24He was also asked who were in the kill list.
02:30In the middle of the hearing on illegal pogo operation, Cassandra Leong had a medical emergency prompting her to exit the hearing.
02:39Representative Dave J. J. Suarez, Deputy Speaker, raised a motion to invite Alex Goh in the next Quad Committee hearing once she's back in the country.
02:50The committee hearing concluded around 8 o'clock tonight.
02:53For today's House Quad Committee hearing, Representative Robert Ace Barbers and Dan Fernandez reiterated the purpose of this hearing is to create stronger laws against extrajudicial killings, illegal drugs and illegal pogo operations in the country and to obtain justice for all the victims.
03:11Quad Committee's next hearing is set to be announced in the coming days.
