00:00PNP-CIDG investigated an illegal smuggler in the Subic Freeport zone where two Chinese nationals were arrested for human trafficking.
00:11Eighteen Chinese were also rescued from the area.
00:14The PNP-CIDG has been on surveillance for two weeks because of the information given by the informant that there is a villa where many Chinese are coming and going.
00:27Upon confirmation that there are really Chinese, we applied for a search warrant.
00:33Among the recovered were computers, cellphones and balloons.
00:37The suspects and the rescuers are under the custody of the PNP-CIDG in Camp Klami.
00:42The suspects will file a complaint against the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act.
00:46The authorities are continuously looking for information to crack down on other illegal smugglers in the country.
00:52At the start of the crackdown, they splintered into small groups.
