00:07people coming home for a beer after work, for a chat with their friends, as well as the sports teams,
00:15social groups, groups that perhaps haven't in the past had somewhere available to use for space to meet people.
00:28And of course once we've got the food offering up together that we'd be somewhere that people consider for family gatherings or work gatherings
