Asgards Wrath 2 REVIEW on the Quest 3

I didn't want to upload anything on this game until I had completed the First character (which took about 15/16 hours) and with Christmas and having 2 kids, its been difficult to find time to play, but anyway, here it is finally.

Awaken, Cosmic Guardian – The fate of reality lies in your hands. Travel across vast realms inhabited by the gods in pursuit of the Trickster God Loki, who threatens to undo the threads of the universe. It’s up to you to battle gods and monsters alike as you take on one of the biggest and most epic scale Action RPGs ever experienced in VR. Alongside legendary Egyptian gods, you’ll fight deadly warriors and awe-inspiring mythical creatures through physics-based, visceral combat with unique weapons and playstyles. Possess unique mortal heroes and convert loyal animals into your own warrior followers as you explore a massive, free-roaming and living world and solve mind-bending god-scale puzzles.

00:00So, us quest users was waiting a long long time for this one and boy it does not disappoint.
00:20I've had so much fun just exploring about and on one day I fought so much with throwing
00:27axes and slicing enemies with swords that the next day I could barely lift my arm.
00:33So let's just address of how huge this game is.
00:37It's absolutely massive.
00:40It reminds me a little of playing the Fallout 3 on my PS3 many years ago.
00:45Just huge locations and the Quest 3 needed this game.
00:50It's truly remarkable what they have achieved here.
00:54Thankfully there are fast travel markers you unlock once you have visited a location.
01:00So you don't have to travel for hours unless you want to.
01:05Because of the size of this game I do find menus and controls quite confusing and difficult.
01:11I found myself stuck on a few occasions for an hour because I missed something in the
01:15menu when I thought I should have been out trying to find something.
01:19But on saying that, it's also a challenging game having to try solve some of these mysteries
01:24and puzzles.
01:26On two occasions I had to google help because after an hour I was getting nowhere.
01:32They really could do with adding a hint button in the menu somewhere.
01:37Weapons are just awesome and original.
01:39I love that your sword will turn into a whip and the axe is a lifesaver for me, especially
01:45being able to control it after you have thrown it.
01:49I love that you have a skill tree where you use the skill points you earn to level up
01:56either for yourself or on your companions.
01:59You can make shield potions, healing medicines and more.
02:04It's just hard to convey how big and full this game is.
02:09At the time of me making this video, I am only a few hours into my second character.
02:16The characters are fun, I love that I can ride on a big cat through the desert or fly
02:22on a bird and each character has a use which you will need a lot of the times during solving
02:28puzzles.
02:29You will also play a few characters throughout the game and each offers unique weapons.
02:36It took me about 16 hours of gameplay to unlock the second character, so as you can
02:42tell, bags of gameplay here.
02:45The enemies are great and quite varied, a lot of fun.
02:49Sometimes I felt like I was in the film Jason and the Agonauts.
02:53Gotta watch for the levels above their heads though, you ain't gonna do well against
02:57a level 15 scorpion or alligator.
03:00And on some of the bosses it can be a little tricky if you don't pay attention and use
03:04the correct techniques.
03:06The stories are good, goes along at a nice pace and it keeps you involved and interested.
03:14Now I have come across a few bugs whilst playing.
03:18A goat continuously dropping out of the air in one spot.
03:21The game crashed a few times, enemies just disappear.
03:26Every time I was putting something in my quick menu, the guy kept saying I don't need that
03:31now.
03:33So I end up I can't put anything in there.
03:36But I'm sure all this will get fixed in updates.
03:39It is by far the most playable game on the Quest right now.
03:45The scenes look fantastic, the size of this game is genius.
03:51You are getting a lot of bang for your buck in this.
03:54There is just so much to do in the story and the side stories.
04:00Or you can just wonder and fight and collect resources.
04:05So on that, I rate this game a 47 out of 50.
04:11And you can find my scoring system in the description section below.
04:15So enjoy the rest of this gameplay.
