00:28Philo's plans to test her limit, but this is her story, and she knows this is the right

00:39Why does Philo want revenge from Molly, Akka mother?

00:42It would be better to refer to Molly as mother for the rest of the video, since that name

00:46is crucial to her identity and role in the film.

00:50Philo Mina Angelis's real name is Mercy, and she was fired from her job by mother over

00:54a rather trivial issue.

00:56Mercy came from a very poor background, and her mother, Conchita, decided to beg mother

01:01to give Mercy back her job.

01:04She trusted mother's reputation as a wholesome businesswoman who cared for the less fortunate

01:08around her, but that turned out to be a farce.

01:11Mother insulted Conchita and threw some more money at her.

01:14Conchita was hit by a vehicle, and instead of helping her, mother ran away from the spot.

01:19Conchita died, and Mercy's family fell apart.

01:23Since then, Mercy has wanted nothing but revenge from mother, whose hidden evil nature

02:19This is the start of Philo's revenge, getting clouded by questionable actions because what

02:22she was forced to do was a very disgraceful thing, but it was necessary to support the

02:26persona she was creating of the unhinged mother worshiper.

02:30Philo has created the image of a rich girl who is just doing it out of devotion and not

02:33as a job.

02:35For this, she and her sister are already scamming a man named Luke, whose money is funding the

02:40pretense of this lifestyle.

02:42Philo slowly takes over the job of mother's assistant by getting the previous one a better

02:46job and subsequently leaving her own employment.

02:49Philo's next target is Charles, mother's close aide, and he proves to be a lot trickier than

02:54Philo could have expected.

02:56He has been sexually harassing one of the other employees, named Joanna, and Philo joins

03:00hands with her to take him down.

03:03She gets the code on his iPad for some information, but before she can do anything, he tries to

03:07assault her.

03:09Philo escapes in time, and mother witnesses the whole thing, but she doesn't want to take

03:13action since it could affect the company.

03:16Therefore, as usual, Philo takes matters into her own hands.

03:20She blackmails Charles to reveal the scam run by mother or risk having himself revealed

03:25as a sexual offender.

03:27Charles agrees to become a whistleblower, but his fragile ego makes him insist that

03:31the women are asking for it.

03:33We are glad to say that Philo served a fitting punishment.

03:36However, once Charles turns against mother, her business comes to a standstill, and that

03:41ends up affecting her relationship with Philo as well.

03:47Mother gets out of jail by pinning the entire blame on Charles, which means that Philo's

04:19Over time, mother and Philo become so close that they end up confessing their secrets

05:16The next day, when Philo goes to the police, she is told that her evidence is inadmissible.

05:22Just then, she gets a call from her sister, Karen, saying that she needs money for the

05:26treatment of her daughter, who has been injured in the house fire.

05:30But Philo has spent all her money on revenge, and at such a critical time, she has nothing

05:34for her family.

05:35Therefore, she goes back to mother to ask for the funds, and a rude shock is waiting

05:40for her.

05:41After a degrading performance, mother reveals that that his stepsister was a paid actor,

05:46and mother knew Philo's reality since Charles went to the police.

05:50But what mother wants is not revenge.

05:52She wants Philo to continue staying with her as her daughter.

05:56Both of them fight, and we come to know that mother is still secretly taking care of her

06:34But Philo wants to be a better person, while mother refuses to change her ways.

06:39While she is screaming at a walking Philo, a car hits her, and that is the end of mother.

06:44Philo has her revenge, though it is more through karma than her own actions, and she has also

06:48realized that she needs to focus on her family rather than the people she hates, so it is

06:52her happy ending.
