00:53According to PNP Spokesperson, Police Colonel Jean Fajardo, there was a negotiation between the authorities and Quibuloy,

01:00including Ingrid Canada, Cresente Canada, Jacqueline Roy and Silvia Semanyes for a peaceful surrender.

01:07The 24-hour ultimatum began around 1 p.m. yesterday.

01:11The PNP gave an ultimatum that they surrendered. Otherwise, we will enter a particular building that does not allow us to enter.
