00:00The security in the PNP Custodial Center is even more tight following the arrival of a high-profile inmate in the so-called facility.

00:14Diana, the high-profile fugitives who were dismissed by Mayor Alice Guo, KOJC leader Pastor Apollo Quibuloy, and four other accusers are still here in the PNP Custodial Center in Camp Kramie.
00:28This is what the detention unit of Quibuloy looks like in the PNP Custodial Center.
00:33It has a double-decker bed, a small dining room and an electric fan at the back.
00:38It has an entrance that looks like a typical cell where there are iron bars.
00:43The prison of Quibuloy and other accused inmates are separated.
00:47The same ration of food is given to other inmates in the PNP Custodial Center.
00:53The security in the PNP Custodial Center is even more tight following the arrival of a high-profile inmate.
00:59Quibuloy will remain in prison here in Camp Kramie even though Quibuloy and Crescente Canada were ordered to be imprisoned in New Quezon City Jail.
01:08While in the QC Jail Female Dormitory, Jacqueline Roy, Ingrid Canada, and Silvia Semanyes were imprisoned.
01:14Despite the order of the Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 106, they were transferred to another prison.
01:20We don't want to run the risk that they will be transferred to the QC and they will be bailed and the PNP will no longer have control there.
01:28We just have to really harmonize these court orders.
01:33We don't expect any movement today because the PNP will file a comment or probably to inform RTC 106 that there is an existing order
01:46or at least an order from the RTC PASIG because it is non-bailable.
01:50Meanwhile, Dismiss Van Bantarlac, Mayor Alice Guo, is still in the PNP Custodial Center.
01:56That will be the first request for her to be under the custody of the PNP.
02:01Dianne, the PNP and DOJ are planning to schedule Pastor Apolo Quibuloy for a physical arraignment in the PASIG RTC and video conference in the QC RTC.
02:14Visitors can visit Camp Krames from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. every Wednesday to Sunday.
