00:05Now, the southwest monsoon is still affecting a large part of our city.

00:13The heavy rainfall of Habagat is not comparable to the rainfall we experienced last week.

00:20The two low-pressure areas that we are monitoring now have a high chance of thunderstorms.

00:27The first low-pressure area is located near Kalupaan, in the Philippine Area of Responsibility,

00:35which is 830 kilometers east-northeast of the extreme northern zone.

00:42Meanwhile, the second low-pressure area, outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility,

00:48which is 2,425 kilometers east of Eastern Visayas.

00:56When it comes to the movement of the two low-pressure areas,

01:00the low-pressure area near the extreme northern zone,

01:05we expect it to move towards Taiwan and the Batanes area.

01:12Meanwhile, the second low-pressure area, we expect it to move north-westward,

01:20and we expect it to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility

01:26if its direction and speed do not change on Wednesday or Thursday.

01:36Tomorrow, the southwest monsoon will still have an effect,

01:40and we expect it to have a weak effect on our country.

01:44Tomorrow, we expect the southwest monsoon to have an effect

01:49on the northern and central regions.

01:55So, in the Ilocos region, Bataan, and Sambares,

02:00we expect it will still rain tomorrow,

02:03but the rain we experienced today,

02:07tomorrow, we expect the rain brought by the southwest monsoon to decrease.

02:13Meanwhile, the other 11 regions of Luzon, as well as the entire Visayas and Mindanao,

02:21we expect a good and clear weather tomorrow.

02:25We will see a sunny day,

02:29but there is still a high chance of isolated rains brought by thunderstorms.

02:37As for the location of our seas,

02:42we do not have a gale warning on this day,

02:47so it is safe for our countrymen to sail across the entire region.

03:13the southwest monsoon will intensify

03:17and affect southern Luzon and Mindanao

03:33we will have fair weather,

03:36but there is still a chance of isolated rains.

03:39But when it comes to Friday, due to the southwest monsoon,

03:43it will be a rainy day on that day,

03:46where there will be scattered rains,

03:49and we expect heavy rains.

03:53So, to our countrymen,

03:55we should be careful and alert to possible floods or landslides.

04:02As for Visayas,

04:04on Thursday and Friday,

04:06we expect heavy rains,

04:10where there will be scattered rains,

04:12and it will be light up to midday,

04:15and sometimes heavy rains.

04:19As for the western section of Visayas,

04:22especially the western Visayas and Negros Islands region,

04:26where heavy rains are concentrated,

04:30we should be careful and alert to possible floods or landslides.

04:39As for Mindanao,

04:41we are warning our countrymen in Merto Dabog,

04:45Dioro City, and Sambuanga City,

04:49as you can see,

04:51starting on Thursday,

04:53and also on Friday,

04:55it will continue until Friday,

04:57when it will be a rainy day due to the southwest monsoon,

05:00and we expect heavy rains,

05:04where there will be scattered rains or landslides.
