00:16This is the Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ.

00:20This ITCZ is in the middle of the wind from the northern and southern hemispheres.

00:25This ITCZ is currently affecting the southern part of Mindanao.

00:30It is also causing heavy rains, landslides and landslides in Zamboanga Peninsula,

00:35Sarangani, Sultan Kudarat, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, and Palawan.

02:36Tomorrow in Visayas area, we expect fair weather conditions

02:45By tomorrow, we expect in Zamboanga Peninsula,

02:49Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawetawi,
