00:00The Department of Justice has confirmed that President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has approved the resignation of the Bureau of Immigration Commissioner, Norman Tancinco.

00:10This is the story of Louisa Erispe.

00:15Former Bamban Tarlac Mayor, Alice Guho, joined the Senate hearing today.

00:20But the Department of Justice is still not done with the question of who should really answer and how Guho got out of the Philippines.

00:29That's why President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has confirmed that he let go of Guho's words of heads will roll, or he will answer who is behind this.

00:40Because DOJ said that the President himself has agreed that the Bureau of Immigration Commissioner, Norman Tancinco should be removed from office.

01:02He said that Guho's escape from the country was the reason for his resignation from Tancinco.

01:29DOJ also added that Remulia is not convinced with Tancinco's explanations regarding the selfie of those who caught Guho in Indonesia.

01:46BICommissioner Tancinco was surprised by the announcement that he was removed from office.

01:54Meanwhile, there's an answer for Guho's departure from the country.

01:58Remulia said that their investigation against Guho is still ongoing.

02:03Remulia also wanted to clarify to Ombudsman why the Graft and Corrupt Practices case against Guho was filed in Tarlac RTC and not in Sandigang Bayan.

02:13There's a problem with the final case in Tarlac.

02:16I think the prosecutors of Ombudsman filed it in Tarlac because Alice Guho's salary grade is 30 and 26 and above should go to the Ombudsman.

02:31In addition to the complaint filed against Guho in the DOJ, like qualified human trafficking,

02:37Remulia said that this will be finished by the prosecutors.
