00:00All right, Mike, what is Aaron Rodgers have to say heading into Levi's tonight?
00:08Well, here he is, Scotty, of course, after missing all of last year, a little chip on
00:13Rodgers shoulder.
00:14He's heard a lot from the media, et cetera.
00:17I don't know why they're pumping them all up now.
00:18He shouldn't have any chip.
00:20Here's Aaron Rodgers.
00:21I mean, how do you know, you know, I mean, I've always kind of played with some on my
00:32shoulder.
00:33You got to, you know, manufacture things from time to time.
00:36But yeah, I mean, it's kind of goes back to the prove it who I need to prove to just myself
00:41at this point.
00:42So but I have a lot of pride in my performance.
00:45So when I take the field, I expect greatness and because I've done it before.
00:50So that's kind of standard to hold myself to.
00:52Listen, I'll give him credit.
00:55He's had a great career and he's got one ring and nobody's taking it away from him.
01:01So, you know, I think people think he should have four or five rings and that's just not
01:06happening ever.
01:07It's not happening.
01:08He's 41.
01:09So, you know, I went in five Super Bowls.
01:13He's got one and he beat my Steelers.
01:15It is what it is.
01:16But, you know, I think that a lot of people think that despite all of his magnificent
01:21stats that at the end of the day, his career has been a disappointment.
01:25I mean, let's face facts when everybody you win multiple MVPs, you're the best player
01:29in the league and you got one ring and thank God he's got one.
01:34At least he doesn't have to go to his grave, not winning one like Dan Marino.
01:38I mean, honestly, like Dan Marino, you'd think he should have won four or five of them himself.
01:42How great he was.
01:43This guy's lucky.
01:44He's lucky he's got one.
01:45I, you know, I really don't see him winning one.
01:48Even with this team, the Jets that everybody thinks is going to the Super Bowl.
01:52They never go.
01:53They never do it.
01:54So let's see him do it.
01:56He's lucky he's got that one, as you say, because he's not getting another one.
02:01Yeah, he's not getting another one.
02:03Not here.
02:04I don't think so.
02:05That's for sure.
02:07The Niners minus four and a half, 43 and a half is the total.
02:15I'm on the Niners tonight, Scotty, at home.
02:17I'm on the Niners.
02:18Yeah.
02:19I mean, look, it's dangerous, I guess, in some capacity, because like this guy's so
02:28good.
02:29Like he's like Stafford.
02:30He has the ability to strike at like he's like a rattlesnake.
02:34The guy can strike at like just flick your finger and he'll he'll strike.
02:39He can score in an instant.
02:41He can backdoor you.
02:43He can burn you.
02:44He can fourth quarter.
02:45Yeah.
02:46He can overtime.
02:47Yeah.
02:48He can do you.
02:49He has that ability.
02:50So given that guy, four and a half is a dangerous way to make a living.
02:53But I do think the Niners are allegedly the cream of the NFC.
03:01It's Detroit and San Francisco, right?
03:04Those are the two best teams in the in the NFC.
03:06Is there anyone arguing that point?
03:08And you're taking on a team that's the biggest hype machine on paper I've ever seen in my
03:14life.
03:15They lost 10 games.
03:16And we're listening to people tell me they're going to he's back.
03:19So I'm on the Niners, too.
03:20But anything's possible with Aaron Rodgers on the field.
03:24I think that we could.
03:25I agree with that.
03:27Maybe a few years ago.
03:28I think that off of playing four snaps in the last year and a half.
03:33I think we got to see it to believe it now.
