00:119. On Monday, September 9, retired NFL star Jason Kels made his debut on ESPN's Monday Night Countdown and it wasn't long.

00:22Before his younger brother, Travis Kels, roasted him online for the shirt he wore.

00:28After announcing his retirement in May, the former Philadelphia Eagles center, 36, joined the show ahead of a matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and the New York Jets.

00:48He's got a podcast that's apparently doing fairly well, Scott Van Pelt said in a clip shared by ESPN via TikTok.

00:57All that said, Jason Kels is wearing a shirt he got at the mall because he left his travel bag in the truck.

02:20Comically, Jason attempted to blame his wife, Kylie, for his mistake and Travis called him out for it.

02:28I was going to have jeans on, but Kylie was running late, Jason explained.

02:33I was coming straight from football. Kylie was going to bring the jeans. Kylie was late.

02:39Why didn't Jason bring jeans for Jason?

02:43Travis pointed out, because I was at football and I needed the jeans for after football.

02:49And I'm not gonna wear jeans all day. That just doesn't sound fun.

02:56I'm realizing now I probably can't blame Kylie for this.
