00:00Yep, so Messrs Market is a shop purely selling Sheffield-made food and drink.
00:07So, we have local fresh meats in from Moss Valley, we have ice cream from Fennell's Ice Cream,
00:15but then we have a range of chutneys and spices, coffees and teas, fresh deli produce.
00:25Actually, the only thing that we have that's not from Sheffield is cheese,
00:30but that's supplied by a Sheffield-based company.
00:33So, anything that's food-orientated, that's made in Sheffield, you can find in Messrs Market.
00:40So, Moss Valley Meat is just based near Norton in Sheffield.
00:48They're an award-winning pork farmer, high welfare farmer, and we're their first retail outlet in the city centre.
00:59So, particularly their sausages are amazing, definitely worth trying.
01:04Fennell's Ice Cream are a fairly new, young business based in Park Hill.
01:10And they make incredibly unusual flavours of ice cream.
01:17So, in here at the moment we have banana, miso, caramel, olive oil, blackberry, good brandon, stale and buttered hazelnuts, gooseberry and elderflower.
01:30There's quite a big range of flavours, but the quality of ice cream,
01:35I've had a few chefs taste it, and I've had people coming in saying it's like Michelin-starred ice cream.
01:43So, it really is ice cream to indulge in and treat yourself.
01:49These are sweets made in Sheffield.
01:52The brand is Charles Butler.
01:55They're made down in Mearsbrook.
01:58The brand dates back to 1848, so older than Henderson's Relish.
02:05They make lots of traditional sweets.
02:09Really popular little gift for people, but a nice retro-style product that's long heritage in Sheffield.
