05:46but we just decided that sitting at a desk was not what we wanted to do.
05:50And so in 2020, we just were like,
05:53why not give this whole house flipping thing a go?
05:56And so we bought our first property with zero idea what we were doing.

06:03We ripped it to shreds, pretty much.
