00:00Cassandra Leong's camp requested a temporary restraining order against the committees of the Senate and the House of Representatives

00:07in the midst of their insistence to answer their questions, even if they can refuse.

00:19In the Supreme Court, the grandfather of Cassandra Leong,

00:23one of those involved in the Pogo operation in Porac, Pampanga, is now alone in the Senate and the House of Representatives.

00:29His lawyers hijacked the petition for certiorari and requested a temporary restraining order in the court against

00:36three committees of the Senate and four committees of the House of Representatives or the Quad Committee.

00:40The young people are going too far in their insistence that Leong has the right against self-incrimination

00:46and the right to remain silent.

00:52What Ms. Cassandra Leong cannot do is to invoke her right to remain silent or right against self-incrimination.

01:03As you can see, she's shouting, she's being ridiculed, she's being intimidated, she's being threatened.

01:10There are very insulting words that are being said to her.

01:14According to Leong's lawyers, they did not intend to stop the investigations being conducted by the Senate and the House of Representatives

01:32and they will bring them to the hearings if necessary.

01:35Leong filed a money laundering complaint with former Bamban Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo.

01:41According to Qualified Human Trafficking, Natupasyo has not seen the details of the complaint.

01:47According to the House Secretary General, Leong was returned to his room where he will be detained for 30 days.

01:53Yesterday, he was discharged from the hospital after experiencing low blood pressure in the middle of the hearing last Wednesday.

01:59However, Leong's lawyer said that he would prefer to be jailed than to be forced to answer to the Congress.

02:06He said it's better than a women's correctional because his mental health is deteriorating.

02:14According to Congressman Dan Fernandez, who is investigating Ong Sakamara,

02:18Ong will not use her right to remain silent even though she can invoke her right against self-incrimination,

02:24depending on the question.

02:30Senator Rizon Tiveros said that they have not yet accepted the petition,

02:33but they are convinced that the Supreme Court will grant the power of the Senate to issue a subpoena and contempt.
