00:00Well, they different, honey, but, um, you know, I would say, you know, a lot of what

00:13we deal with and hereafter with Claire is guilt and Tammy, I feel like Tammy had a really

00:22good handle on guilt.

00:24I don't think she let guilt control her, you know, hereafter is really a story of what

00:29happens when you experience such deep pain and loss that then creates this guilt that

00:36then impacts other people around you and how devastating guilt can be when let to just

00:44kind of left to control your life.

00:47And Tammy, I don't think Tammy was driven by a lot of guilt.

00:50I think she, um, she was, she knew who she was and she really had a vision of what she,

00:58who she wanted to be in the world.

01:01And it was pretty, you know, where I think they both are similar is that they both really

01:09cared about their children and their community.

01:14You know, I mean, Tammy, we see that much more.

01:16Tammy is really such an important part of her community.

01:20Um, Claire has a much more solitary life, particularly when we meet her.

01:24Oh, that's a great question.

01:26You know, I really, I, I, it's not necessarily an easy answer.

01:30And I think it's because I think with every role, I, I think I handle it differently.

01:35Um, in that case, it felt really, I think I had to be extra protective of myself because

01:44it, we were going to such dark places.

01:46So I had to be really, really conscientious about like, you know, when I was leaving,

01:52I, I really had to leave it behind.

01:55Um, and I, I don't know, I think that at the end of the day, I had my wonderful hair and

02:04makeup people who kind of, you know, were by my side every step of the way, always during

02:09the shoot.

02:10And I, it was sort of at the end of the day, it was, there was kind of a removal of all

02:16of those trappings of the character that to me felt very important and ceremonial because

02:21it helped me to realize like, okay, this is not happening to me.

02:26And also, frankly, some of that stuff was so intense that it was, it, I was able to

02:30say, that's, that's not my life.

02:33That's not me.

02:34You know, I can step away now, you know?
