00:00Next up is the radio challenge of the Chinese Navy.

00:04The airplane of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, or BFAR,

00:08that conducted a maritime patrol in Panatagshow.

00:12Philippine Air Force, Philippine Air Force.

00:31The Chinese Navy radioed 15 times to evacuate the BFAR airplane.

00:36From Himpapawin, the Chinese militia vessel and 4 ships of the China Coast Guard

00:42were seen inside and outside Panatagshow.

00:45The BFAR airplane was able to locate the Panatagshow in the EEZ of the Philippines

00:51in response to the radio challenge.

00:53And like Panatagshow, the DFA also located the Escudashow in the EEZ of the Philippines.

00:59As a National Maritime Council, the Philippines will not leave the Escudashow

01:03despite what China wants to happen.

01:32as one of the final steps of the bilateral consultation mechanism between the two countries.

01:38In Pulong, the Philippines denied that the Escudashow is inside our Exclusive Economic Zone

01:44and discussed how to lower the tensions.

01:47China also said that it denied their position on the Escudashow

01:51and urged the Philippines to evacuate its ships.

01:56According to the Chinese Army Lieutenant General,

01:58they are trying to keep the South China Sea peaceful.

02:01But if America pushes other countries or itself to the front line,

02:06the People's Liberation Army will lose its patience.

02:09They will crush any attempt to invade the territorial sovereign and maritime rights of China.

02:15We are trying to get a statement from America regarding the statement of China.

02:20But in an interview with the US Ambassador to the Philippines,

02:23America finally expressed its support to the Philippines.

02:26I can certainly say that the 9-dash line or now 10-dash line that China has drawn as base is a cartoon.

02:34That's not based in law.

02:36That is not a factual representation of international maritime law.

02:42The Philippine Navy admitted that they noticed the Escudashow

02:47which is only 100 kilometers away from Palawan.

02:50Over the past few days, hundreds of Chinese ships have been spotted in the West Philippine Sea.

02:55Many of them are in the Escudashow.

02:57The National Maritime Council will not allow the Philippines to leave the Escudashow.

03:02It is illegal and against international law to keep Chinese vessels there.
