5-Minute Simple Egg Fried Rice Recipe | Tasty & Fast!

Ingredients:
Oil
2 Bowls Cooked Rice
15-20 Garlic Chopped
2 Onions Sliced
4 Less Spicy Green Chillies
1 Tsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 Tsp Green Chilli Sauce
½ Tsp Soya Sauce
½ Tsp Black or White Pepper Powder
Salt as per taste
For Egg Scramble:
(3 Eggs + Little Pepper Powder + Little Turmeric Powder + Little Salt)
Method of Preparation:
1. Heat a Vessel add oil, chopped garlic, green chillies, sliced onions and saute it for few
minutes.
2. Add 1 Tsp Red Chilli Sauce, 1 Tsp Green Chilli Sauce and ½ Tsp Soya Sauce.
3. Add cooked rice and add salt as per taste and give a good stir.
4. Add ½ Tsp Black or White Pepper Powder mix it well and close the lid and cook for
sometime.
5. In a bowl add 3 eggs, little turmeric powder, little salt and little pepper powder and whisk
it.
6. Make Egg Scramble.
7. Finally add the prepared egg scramble to the rice and give a quick mix.
