00:20And they say that the weather is just fine today.

00:25But in the past few days and nights,

00:28there has been no rainfall due to the storm.

00:32That's why in different parts of Palawan,

00:34there have been landslides as a result of the storm.

00:41They were struck by lightning.

00:43We were rescued.

00:44Because of the strong winds and waves in the sea,

00:49there were landslides.

00:53The two passengers of a boat had to be rescued

00:56after they were struck by lightning.

00:59The boat came from selling seaweeds

01:02when the incident happened.

01:04They were in safe condition after being struck by lightning.

01:07In Rizal, Palawan,

01:09the 64-year-old grandfather and his 6-year-old grandson were killed

01:14after a tree fell on their house.

01:19Three members of their family are in critical condition

01:22because of the incident.

01:24Coast Guard continues to clean up the fallen trees

01:28in Puerto Princesa,

01:30especially during this difficult time.

01:32According to the DPWH-Mimaropa,

01:34some roads in Palawan and Romblon are still difficult to pass

01:39because of the fallen walls and landslides.

01:42But of course, Emil,
