00:00Hi, we're here today at Oak Farm with Christopher and Alicia who own this lovely property, and my wife, Sophia, and myself, Gavin Patterson, and we just wanted to share with you what we're doing here.
00:19We've got quite a unique approach to our winemaking, and we use these terracotta amphora.
00:30They are made in Tuscany, in Italy, and out of local terracotta clay, and we feel that the natural effect of these vessels on the wine have a very distinct effect in expressing the true, pure nature of what we do.
00:54We've also planted a vineyard here called Derwin Vineyard, and what we look to do in the future is produce a top-flight British red wine.
