00:54It is moving in the direction of Panduran at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour.
00:59Because of this, the Henner storm is still high.
01:01Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 in Micagayan, Pabuyan Island, Isabela in Mayquirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Calinga, Abra, Mountain, Province, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Zambales, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, and Pampanga.
