00:00There are two health books, Section 31 of the Children's Act and the Multimedia Act of 1998
00:07There are two more health books
00:09In this case, the father of the victim who was shot in the viral video
00:17had committed a police robbery in Keluang Johor
00:20which confirmed that the child was separated from the father in 2021
00:31The latest information is that on 16 September 2024
00:35the PDRM has received two police reports
00:39related to the shooting of children
00:42which was suspected to be done by the GISB
00:46Initial investigations found that the two videos were spread through social media
00:51and shared by the public yesterday
00:55So, two health books have been opened
00:58which we classified under Section 31 of the Children's Act of 2001
01:06and also Section 233 of the Multimedia Act of 1998
01:13So far, there are 96 GISB-related accounts
01:17which we identified and traced
01:20which we frozen the assets for around Rp 581,552
01:2831 shillings
01:29As many as four accounts have been closed
01:32So, eight vehicles have also been issued by the government to be seized
01:38Have there been any prior victims who have reflected police reports?
01:46Yes, there were. Yesterday, there was one in Keluang that I mentioned earlier
01:50One in Keluang said that his son was not found separated in 2021
01:55and we have saved two of his daughters
01:59So, that is connected to a reflected police report?
02:01Yes
02:03Sir, did you identify the parents of the victims?
02:10Yes, we did.
02:12Okay, my answer is that we identified most of them
02:16but we haven't called them yet
02:18because their parents did not show up
02:21to admit that they were their children
02:24Maybe we took a 12-year-old's fingerprints to see his family tree
02:32But they did not show up
02:37How come?
02:39Firstly, most of the victims' children were their family members
02:46and they did not know that their children had been saved
02:51Maybe they did not show up to admit that they were their children
02:57because the GISBH admitted that their children were orphans
03:03and according to our investigation, there was also a case of Bin Abdullah
03:08because the initial marriage was not registered
03:17It was a customary marriage
03:19When the child was born, the GISBH registered the marriage
03:23and the marriage was registered under the law
03:29and when the child was born, the GISBH registered the marriage
03:31and the child will be named Bin Abdullah
03:37So, the victims' children were their family members?
03:41What do you mean?
03:42The victims' children were their family members?
03:46Yes
03:48We placed them in four safe places
03:52So, I have mentioned that their parents did not show up to admit that they were their children
03:58If they did show up to admit that they were their children
04:03according to the report that came out
04:05Their children were twins
04:07We will collect this information
04:09and bring it to the KKM, JKM, and the GISBH
04:15After that, if they demand anything, it will be up to the JKM
